On 8 March 2024, the Staff Development Committee organised the second Staff Wellbeing Day for the school year. To show care to our colleagues on emotional, intellectual, physical and social aspects of wellbeing, four activities were arranged in parallel sessions. All of our colleagues were invited to choose between mindfulness practice, movie appreciation, sporting activities and board games based on their interests.
Mr. Mahesh Pamnani and Mrs. Honey Pamnani from Inspire2Aspire were invited again to deliver a workshop on the more static side of mindfulness. Different approaches to breathing exercise and mindfulness practice, along with their functions and applications, were showcased to participants during the workshop.
Inspire2Aspire is a specialist in corporate wellness training which has served various local and global organisations including corporations, NGOs, schools and universities.
